SUSTAINABLE IMPACTS WORKSHOPS

Sustainable Impacts offers workshops on a variety of topics related to social justice and healthy lifestyles. This summer, enjoy two workshops in the historic mill town of McCloud at the foot of majestic Mt. Shasta in Northern California.

SOCIAL IMPACT WORKSHOP

If you are a woman who wants to make more social impact in the world, join this three day workshop designed to:

• Assess your values and interests/passions
• Visualize the impacts you want to make
• Identify your assets
• Identify challenges you face in making your desired impacts
• Develop an action plan to realize your vision

Using a coaching approach, you will be guided and supported through a fun and creative process to clarify how you will make the sustainable impacts you want to make in the world. Delicious and nutritious meals will be provided. Breaks in the coaching program will provide opportunities for participants to relax and deepen their connection to nature while enjoy activities in and around McCloud.

Date: 2025 dates coming

Location: A fully modernized private home that sleeps 6-10 guests

Cost: $395 per person (includes 2 nights lodging and 5 meals)

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE WORKSHOP

If you are a woman who wants to improve her health, join this three day workshop designed to:

• Assess your current health and lifestyle

• Define your healthy lifestyle goals

• Identify your resources

• Identify challenges you confront in your efforts to be healthy

• Develop an action plan to achieve your goals

Using a coaching approach, you will be guided and supported through a fun and creative process to clarify how you will create the healthy lifestyle that you envision. Delicious and nutritious meals will be provided. Breaks in the coaching program will provide opportunities for participants to relax and deepen their connection to nature while enjoy activities in and around McCloud.

Workshop Hosts:

Dr. Sheila Bliss Duffy, Principal at Sustainable Impacts, Professional Certified Coach and educator with a passion for furthering social impact careers and initiatives. Sheila guides clients to clarify their purpose, envision their future and take steps to achieve it. Her expertise in food systems, business start-up and management and work with universities, non-profits and international development and conservation organizations enable her to expertly build human capacity to address a broad range of economic, social and environmental challenges.
